1985 Jeep CJ-8 Scrambler

Here is what I have done so far, as well as a few pics.
First thing was to replace all brakes (as they did not work at all).
Including wheel cylinders, pads, and drums in the rear.

Sprayed the interior with teflon coating to help with normal wear and tear.

Pulled the motor (stock 258ci i6) to clean it up before we tried to re-seal it.

Don't you just love friends with access to high pressure sprayers, forklifts, and lifting crane inside of shop....a heck of alot easier then using a cherry picker.

(not me in this pic)

Lovely pic of what neglect can do to the under the hood area of you jeep.

  About an hour later....

Thats better

Got the motor painted and re-sealed...

After painting the inside of motor area.
Looks pretty good for only about 20 bucks in paint.
